Well done to one of our girls for winning the Brighten Your Bag competition (paper entry). Pupils were invited to design a bag with fluorescent and reflective materials to promote the importance of good visibility when travelling in the winter months. #ActiveTravel @TFL

Year 5 Badmington team attended the Racket Pack Festival at South Croydon Sports Club this week. The girls were learning different skills and had an opportunity to play against other schools. We took a few pictures on the day, which can be seen in the gallery below.

The art of printing

Year 4 have been learning the art of printing using different objects to create patterns. They will be experimenting with a range of different printing techniques over the next few weeks, ending a collaborative piece to show off all their new skills. Looking good so far.

Congratulations to our year 5 pupils who were chosen to become Junior Ambassadors for the Mayor of Croydon’s Charitable Work 2019/20. They will be supporting @MindinCroydon, @CroydonVision, @AshdonJAcademy, and @CroydonCitizens raising money for local charities. We took some pictures of the girls with the Mayor of Croydon, which can be seen in the gallery below.
