Winterbourne Junior Girls’ School is proud to announce that it will be entering into a cultural exchange partnership with a Primary School in Sierra Leone, Africa as part of the local government initiative, “Croydon-Kambia Partnership.
This new initiative will involve a collaboration between a Primary School in Kambia and one in Croydon; in this case, Winterbourne Junior Girls’ School. This new partnership will initially involve our children and their children writing to eachother to create a dialogue, which will develop into links with us via social media etc.
We are greatly looking forward to getting started and hopefully visiting our partnering school, and maybe welcoming some of their Teachers and pupils here in the future.
